I am currently assisting with the search for apartments near train stations in the western Hyogo region. This area—particularly around Amagasaki City—is largely covered by flood hazard zones. Therefore, I focus on locating well-managed, high-value properties that are reasonably priced while avoiding areas at risk.
My role is to work solely in the buyer’s best interest. Unlike real estate agencies whose main goal is to sell properties, I ensure that any potential disadvantages to the buyer are either avoided or clearly explained—especially if such conditions may still offer worthwhile value.
Even though property prices in Japan can be relatively low, real estate transactions are still significant investments. My aim is to ensure that my clients gain the maximum possible benefit from their purchase.
